1 Definitions and General Provisions

4 Bonuses and Promotions

New members are eligible to receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. A 20x wagering requirement must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn. This means you must place bets totalling 20 times the combined amount of the deposit and the bonus.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions, which are clearly stated alongside the offer.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.

772bd offers four VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback: up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver, up to 0.8% at Gold, and up to 1.0% at Platinum. Tiers can be advanced through regular activity.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Validity of Bets

All bets are considered final once confirmed. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical issue or network disruption, it may be voided and the relevant funds will be returned.

5.2 Game Results

All game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. If evidence of a technical error in a result is found, 772bd may take appropriate action following an investigation.

5.3 Suspended Matches and Events

In sports betting, if a match ends before the scheduled time or is cancelled, the stake for that bet is generally returned. However, the specific rules of the relevant event may apply.

5.4 Prohibited Activities

6 Account Suspension and Closure

772bd may suspend or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Suspicious transactions on the account.
• A court order or regulatory directive.

6.2 Closure by the User

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before the account is closed, all pending transactions will be completed and any remaining balance (provided withdrawal conditions are met) will be returned.
